CANDID is an algorithm for the automated assignment of NOESY spectra. Once nearly complete sequence-specific resonance assignments are available, the automated CANDID approach greatly enhances the efficiency of NOESY spectral analysis.&lt;br /&gt;

CANDID was written by Torsten Herrmann and Peter Güntert.&lt;br /&gt;
