The research group of [http://www.bpc.uni-frankfurt.de/guentert/wiki Prof. Peter Güntert] at the [http://www.uni-frankfurt.de/fb/fb14/BiochemieH/BPC/ Institute of Biophysical Chemistry] of the [http://www.uni-frankfurt.de Goethe University Frankfurt am Main] invites applications for Ph.D. and postdoctoral positions in Hyper-dimensional NMR spectroscopy for automated protein structure determination.

The positions are funded for three years by a research grant of the [http://www.dfg.de/ DFG] (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft). The research project involves the development of automated multidimensional NMR methodology and its application to structural studies of proteins. The positions are located in the [http://www.bmrz.uni-frankfurt.de/ Center for Biomolecular Magnetic Resonance] (BMRZ) of the University of Frankfurt, which is equipped with [http://www.bmrz.uni-frankfurt.de/wiki/index.php/Equipment 13 state-of-the-art NMR spectrometers (400-950 MHz) and excellent computing facilities].

The successful candidate must have a M.Sc. or equivalent or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field of science, excellent programming skills in higher programming languages, and experience in biomolecular NMR.
