GARANT COMMANDS: make couplings - generate the expected scalar couplings

usage: make couplings

Scalar couplings are generated using the atoms and bonds of the loaded fragments 
defined in the fragment library. The following list contains all the couplings
that are generated. For examples H_ALI - C_ALI - H_ALI indicates that for all 
protons bound to the same carbon a coupling is generated:

In this specifications, atoms of types PSEUD and H_ARO are treated as atoms of 
type H_ALI and atoms of types C_ARO and C_VIN as atoms of type C_ALI.
