GARANT TOPICS: floating assignments - definition of floating assignments

Two coherences involvong atoms that can only be distinguished by their
stero-chemistry but not by their covalent structure are defined to be
floating equivalent. Within GARANT such coherences and assignments to
such coherences are treated as being identical.

Atoms that are covalently equivalent are defined as chemical equivalent
atoms in the fragment library file:
   1 QB PSEUD 3 CHEM QB HB2 HB3
   2 QG PSEUD 3 CHEM QG HG2 HG3
   3 QD PSEUD 3 CHEM QD HD2 HD3
   4 QE PSEUD 3 CHEM QE HE2 HE3
These four lines define the floating equivalent peaks for Arg.
