GARANT COMMANDS: compare peak assignments - compare assignments to comparison assignments

USAGE: compare peak assignments

If defined for a given peak, the current possible assignments are
compared to the comparison possible assignments. If no compatibel
comparison assignment is found, the peak and its possible assignments
are listed. Two assignments are considered compatibel, if they are
identical or, if they differ only in coherences that are defined to be
floating.

EXAMPLE OF OUTPUT:
    peak nr. 175 assigned to TOCSY: HG3(GLN 22) HN(GLN 22) allowed are
                              TOCSY: HG2(GLN 16) HN(GLN 16)
                              TOCSY: HE3(LYS 34) HN(LYS 34)
    peak nr. 176 assigned to TOCSY: HA(GLN 16) HN(GLN 16) allowed are
                              TOCSY: HA(GLN 52) HN(GLN 52)
    peak nr. 180 assigned to TOCSY: HB(THR 32) HN(THR 32) allowed are
                              TOCSY: HA(THR 3) HN(THR 3)
    peak nr. 181 assigned to TOCSY: HA(VAL 56) HN(VAL 56) allowed are
                              TOCSY: HA(LEU 74) HN(LEU 74)

This means, that the TOCSY peak, number 175, is assigned to
HG3(GLN 22) HN(GLN 22) whereas in the comparison assignments it is
assigned either to HG2(GLN 16) HN(GLN 16) or HE3(LYS 34) HN(LYS 34). ...
