GARANT TOPICS: coherences - observable coherences

Coherences are defined using the make coherences command. They have a
name, e.g. HA(23), which is used to identify them. Each expected peak is
assigned in each dimesnion to one coherence. For each coherence different
frequencies are stored:
The 'expected frequency' is the statistically expected frequency as
defined in the fragment library, the 'assigned frequency' is the
frequency assigned to the coherence using the load frequencies command,
the 'mean frequency' is the frequency calculated from the position of
all expected peaks assigned to measured peaks.
